1. Seller

This online store (hearthglow.eu, "HearthGlow") is operated by Pixel WebApp SRL, CUI 54870881, Mangalia, Romania, email [email protected] ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and prices

We make every effort to describe and display products accurately; colours and appearance may vary slightly. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and contract

After you place an order you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we confirm or ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, unavailability or suspected fraud; any payment will then be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout. Payment data is processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Shipping

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for goods under applicable law. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded free of charge as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where this cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

All website content (texts, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC).
