We want you to love your HearthGlow order. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
As an EU customer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days for all orders.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to return
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. Please do not send items to any address without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs

Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
